Volunteers
But as for me, my prayer is to you, O Lord. At an acceptable time, O God, in the abundance of your steadfast love, answer me. With your faithful help
-
That the Spirit may move upon the hearts of others to give of their time in service to share love and hope
-
For safety in their travels and in their work
-
For strength and wisdom for the task ahead. For those who work long-term organizing local recovery efforts after disasters
-
For the men at Huntersfield Christian Training Center in the Discover Life Ministry - that they have continued grace to grow spiritually and learn new life skills for their recovery
- Specifically for Alan as he join us as a long term volunteer in Pamlico County

Pamlico Cty, NC ~ Hurricane Florence Rebuild 2021
Pamlico County was one of the hardest hit areas by Hurricane Florence in 2018. Catastrophic flooding and high winds caused extensive damage to homes and infrastructure. Three years later, there was still a need to repair and rebuild storm-damaged homes
Thanks to our many volunteers from:
Virginia, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Michigan, Indiana, California & Canada
ANGELO AND SHAE'S HOME
The family of 4 with 2 young children have been displaced since Hurricane Florence came through almost 3 years ago when a tree fell through their roof. They are so happy to finally be back in their home!

GLORIA'S HOME
Gloria finally saw inside her home earlier this year after Fuller Center built her a ramp. The Call to Build along with volunteers completed her home. Now her home has a wheelchair accessible bathroom, closet and bedroom. Now Gloria will be able to easily roll in and around her home. We had a home dedication on Aug. 6th, and it was a very emotional day for Gloria to be "Home"

REBUILD OF HOME DAMAGED FROM FALLEN TREE
A.J. and Charlene have lived in Havelock, NC since 1963. A tree in their back yard fell through their home. Unfortunately contractors stole their insurance money and therefore have lived in an unfinished home. With our help they were able to have their home rebuilt.
